About Refined Search

To perform a refined search while maintaining the current search results (search conditions), enter keywords and click the search button to search for products. You can also use multiple keywords separated by spaces.

Color specification (pull-down menu) search is useful for in-shop searches or keyword-only search results.

During a regular search or in-shop search, if you click on other colored circular buttons or the side menu (which may be displayed at the bottom), the previous search results (search conditions) will be cleared.

To redo a search, please go back in your browser. You will return to the previous search results. You can trace back through your history.

How to search

(1) First, select the materials you are looking for from the list on the side. If you are viewing on a smartphone, the link is at the bottom.

(2) Another way is to search for relevant products using Japanese keywords. Also, see How to use.

(3) Check international shipping and search. It will be limited to shops that offer international shipping.

(4) From the search results, click the link from within the store that matches your purpose. It is the link at the very bottom of each product, just above the airplane mark.

(5) If you search again by keyword or color, it will be limited to the current shop. (Keywords are Japanese words)

(6) To redo the search, go back in your browser to return to the previous search results.

Check current search conditions

You can check what the search results are for around the browser tab or the page title. Displayed in the order of shop name / color / keyword / genre.

What is the list of products on the top page?

The top page shows products included in the craft, craft, and fabric genres of Rakuten. They are arranged in standard order, and different products can be viewed with each access.

Narrow down your search by Rakuten’s genre

Craft, craft, and fabric are the top parent categories in Rakuten’s craft genre, and below that are the following subcategories.
Yarn, Fabric, Scrap & Cut Cloth, Sewing Materials, Handicraft Material Set, Felt, Resin Liquid, Dyes/Coloring Agents, Beads & Stones, Embroidery Materials, Patchwork & Quilting Materials, Leather Craft Materials, Accessory Craft Materials, Tiles, Pottery, Tools & Kits, Knitting & Weaving Machines, Others
These links display products tagged with each genre in the search results.

How to search

Search by keyword When you enter a keyword and click the search button, it displays the keyword you entered within the craft, craft, and fabric range.

Search by color When you select a color from the pull-down and click the search button, it displays the selected color within the craft, craft, and fabric range. Colors are based on tags specified by Rakuten.

Search by shop-specific tags From the related product links within the displayed search results (shop name), you can display a list of products with the same tag set within that shop. After that, it will be a shop search until you cancel.
Shop search will be canceled when you return to the top.
